Beautiful Furniture in a Vanilla Style

What kinds of furniture do you create in Minecraft? After all, each of you builds a house, tries to decorate the interior somehow, adding interesting options, even if they are improvised. Mostly these are tables, chairs, shelf-like structures, storage areas, paintings, lamps. But the choice in the vanilla version of the game, unfortunately, is not very large. And this is where third-party mods come to the rescue, allowing us to greatly diversify the types of furniture available—both decorative and functional. And if you still haven’t decided which mod to install for these purposes, you might want to take a look at this option!

The Re:Deco mod adds a lot of beautiful, elegant, and functional furniture that is thoroughly detailed, has pleasant textures, different crafting options from available materials, certain functionality (you can sit, store food, place dishes on tables, and much more), and is one of the best in its category, constantly updating the list of available elements. Despite the large number of decorative addons, many low-quality mods appear that cannot impress with anything interesting. But here you are offered a large range of different options and a huge selection of furniture. Ready to try it?

The furniture selection is large, and you will be able to create it from all available wood types present in the vanilla version of Minecraft. This means even more crafting options, allowing you to choose elements that match the style of your build or combine them in various ways. Most recipes differ only in the materials used—otherwise, the placement of elements on the crafting table is completely identical. In this review, we tried to include as many screenshots as possible of various items added by the mod, but some objects still remain hidden and you will see them only after installing the mod in your own modpack.

Tables

You have a wide variety of tables created from all available wood types. High-quality textures, a pleasant appearance, the ability to place them on any surface, and cheap crafting. The developer of this mod did a huge amount of work to create such colorful textures for each item, which is why this addon is so popular among players. Tables can be simple or have storage (usually such items contain one or several drawers), and if you want to place items or resources inside, you only need to right-click on any of them.

Drawers (cabinets)

These furniture options are used not only for decor but also for storing items and blocks, and you can also choose different wood materials for their appearance. The textures are high-quality and detailed, and visually they look much better than any vanilla item (high resolution with minimal performance load). If you want to place items inside, you need to right-click on the object, after which a separate GUI with slots will appear. Now you can store important resources or equipment in special containers, fully furnishing any home, castle, or modern house in the game.

Chairs and stools

The ReDeco modification offers a large selection of chairs, stools, benches, and other furniture items that allow the character to sit. You simply need to right-click on any of them to sit down. A simple and convenient mechanic for any player. All the same colors available for tables and cabinets are also present here, so the player can easily create a matching furniture set in a room, using the same shade so they go together. You can also mix different types of furniture—for example, one style of cabinets and another style of chairs for contrast. The textures look very beautiful, with visible patterns, although the items themselves are rather simple.

Crates and display cases

Crates in the game serve only as decorative elements, but they look very “juicy”. With the help of such items, you can recreate the style of a large marketplace, create counters, or a full-fledged in-game shop. Display cases, however, are functional items with an opening glass door. You can place various bottles and small items inside. We added several screenshots so you can evaluate their appearance. Such small details always emphasize the style and decor, allowing you to decorate any interior and complement it.

Jars

You have access to various types of glass jars that contain different plants. They are used as decor, but as mentioned earlier, they can be placed inside display cases or other containers to create colorful interior designs. They look cool and unusual, since in normal survival mode there has never been anything like this. And here the developer put a lot of effort into creating such vibrant textures.

Lamps and lanterns

For lighting, you can use decorative lamps and lanterns added by this mod, and they also look natural for the vanilla game world. Pleasant textures, a small inner glow, different crafting options and color variants for lamps. Lanterns have fewer options—only two—but they are also great. Now you can decorate any interior in your house or place them outside, for example, to decorate a garden or yard area. We did not add every item available here because there are truly many of them, but you’ve seen most of the furniture. You will also have access to new sofas, tables, gates, fences, a large selection of decorative blocks, and many other additions.

The ReDeco modification is one of the highest-quality options for decorating interiors and placing furniture in Minecraft. And if you are lacking such functionality, this addon definitely should be in your modpack, as it offers a truly large list of furniture, where each element is thoroughly detailed.
