Are you tired of the vanilla armor’s poor characteristics? Do you want to significantly improve them? Then try installing the Quality Equipment mod. By crafting a special item, you can upgrade your armor almost beyond recognition. A pretty interesting solution from the author.

The machine

Before upgrading your armor, you’ll need to craft a special machine. Namely, a re-forged machine. Its texture resembles a workbench covered with an anvil part. Besides, you’ll see obsidian on the enges. To craft this block, you’ll need a workbench, a forge, a stone slab, and obsidian. The block looks extremely stylish and colorful.

As for its menu, you’ll immediately see 2 slots and a functional button in the center upon entering it. You should put your armor in the first section, and the ingot will be already located in the second. You’ll be able to remake any type of items. Starting with pickaxes and up to breastplates. The material is of no importance either. It can be either stone or Netherite.
