· Narrow roads have been added and Cobblestone ring structures have been removed;

· Several houses have been added, whose structures are smaller than in the Ancient City;

· Small road lights have been added;

· Several chests in the center of the city have been added to the statue, so that the player has an additional incentive to visit this location and collect loot;

· Iron bars and nuggets, gold and gold nuggets have been added as drop;

· Diamonds have been added, but you are unlikely to find them;

· All kinds of tools have been added, including diamond ones, as well as various types of armor;

· Bonfires with soul lights have appeared on the pillars;

· New buildings have appeared in some parts of the city.

More small structures, houses, and various buildings have been added to the city to make it really look like a small town. Now, you may feel like you’re looking at a maze, because there are significantly more structures here. Considering that it’s still dark in the Ancient City, you have to study each new chunk. There are also 5 types of Big Chambers inside this dungeon built according to the almost same principle as the city itself. In all the houses, you can find enchanted books, skulls, gravel, and rumble.

Attention! All the screenshots taken for this review were made using the «Night Vision» potion to show you the changes in the Minecraft game. In the vanilla version of the game, visibility in the Ancient City will be much poorer without using this potion, and it would be extremely difficult to show all the innovations.

DnT Ancient City Overhaul also features redesigned versions of signal towers, randomly generated in the ancient city. At the same time, the main boss will be able to detect you even before you try to enter the middle of the location, as each tower uses the amethyst resonance to warn Sculks about «visitors». In general, despite the changed appearance and redesigned location, it’s still difficult to survive in the Ancient City. You’ll have to carry a large amount of food, various types of enchanted equipment, as well as the night vision potion, which you can make yourself.

This is one of the few mods that significantly redesign the location appearance. There are a lot of loot, interesting mobs and bosses that you will have to fight, so the new generations of the Ancient City are far more pleasant to see than the vanilla versions, and any player will appreciate these changes.
